Retired Maintenance Engineer - Air Canada, respected and well known area horseman, and member of several Draft Horse Associations. Beloved husband of 40 years to Joan (Gault) Lawson. Loving father of Shawna Mecteau (Sean), Cornwall; Jennifer Lawson (Marty Gillard); and John- Patrick Lawson, both of Moose Creek. Loved son of Sheila (O'Farrell) Lawson of Cornwall and the late Duncan Lawson. Dear brother of Margaret Leroux (Gary), North Lunenburg; Janet Lawson, Williamsburg; Bernadette MacDonald (Tom), and James Lawson, both of St. Andrews West. Predeceased by one brother John Duncan Lawson.

Resting at the WILSON FUNERAL HOME 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall where visitation will be held on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM, and Friday 9-10:15 AM. The Mass of the Resurrection with Commendation and Farewell will be celebrated in St. Andrew's Roman Catholic Church on Friday June 18, 2010 at 11:00 AM.
