WHISSELL, Francois (Frank) - March 27, 2011 - It is with deep regret that we inform you of the death of our dear colleague Frank Whissell. He passed away in the early hours of Sunday March 27 of a massive heart attack at a family party. He was 55 years old. His wife Helene has requested that donations be sent to the Lupus Foundation or the University of Ottawa Heart Institute.

Franks worked in CSS in YOW for CP/AC. Services are being held at the Kelly Funeral Home Orléans, Ontario, Visitation: Friday, April 1st from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass: Saturday, April 2nd to St. Joseph's Church, Orleans, at 11 a.m.
